HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR POOLS WINNINGS ?

It is very easy to calculate winnings on fixed odds when the maximum number of lines is staked. You simply multiply the amount staked by the coupon odd for the week. Example: for a 3/3 game staked ₦1,000, in a week of 100 to 1 odds, the winning will be 1000 × 100 = ₦100,000.

For a Permutation game, you need to score at least the minimum selection in order to win. To calculate the winning, you must know:

• the number of lines staked (this can be seen in the permutation reckoner table),
• amount staked per line (total amount staked divided by the total lines staked),
• winning line (the numbers that are correct in your selected games).

Then calculate your winning using these simple steps:

1. Multiply amount staked per line by the odd of the week as declared by promoter.
2. Multiply your answer in step (1) above by the winning lines.

Let's break it down further!

For instance: for a permutation of 3 from 6, total number of lines is 20. If you staked ₦1,000, amount per line will be 1000 / 20 = ₦50. If 5 out of the 6 games are correct, the winning line will be 10. If the payment odd for that week is 50, winning will be calculated thus:

• (a) 50 × 50 = 2,500
• (b) 2,500 × 10 = ₦25,000

Using a simplified formula for this calculation:

• WL = Winning Lines = 10
• ODD = Coupon Odd for the week = 50
• TAS = Total Amount Staked = 1000
• NLS = Number of Lines Staked = 20

Another Example

You staked 10 numbers with ₦24,000 and expect at least 3 of your selections to come out correctly. In the end, 8 of the games played. Here is the winning:

• WL = 56
• ODD = 100
• TAS = ₦24,000
• NLS = 120
